Primary use is as a powered screwdriver. Takes hex-shaped bits. Though it looks and functions very like the cordless drills, the key difference is that it has a torque limiter: it will stop turning and start clicking when it detects resistance. This allows you to drive screws all the way in without over-tightening.
Screwdriver bits are available in the drill bit sets, loan-able separately.
