Primarily used for stripping of paint, but has various other uses, wherever intense, directly-applied heat is required.

As this tool draws a large amount of current, ideally it should not be used through an extension cable or socket. If you do use with an extension reel, make sure that the cable is fully unwound from the reel (as the power flowing through the coiled cable will heat the reel).
